At Sitruk we have 5 rules that we believe in and are committed to, in order for us to deliver quality floors and service.
- First. Listen to the customer and understand what they need, what they want and what they can afford. During conversations and a site visit we listen to the customer and talk about any potential issues with the floor, offer options, discuss scheduling and continue to communicate.
- Second. Sitruk will send a written quote with a description of the scope of work. If several options are being considered then a quote for each option is given. The purpose for this is to help the customer understand what they are paying for and also be able to compare fairly what we offer and what other companies offer.
- Third. Sitruk uses quality tools and material, this is something that is necessary to achieve quality floors. Combining over 25 years of experience and using quality tools and material gives our customers the best outcome we can achieve.
- Fourth. Communication is important to Sitruk. From first contact and all throughout the project we like to stay in touch with our customers. If a situation arises or if everything is going well we want our customer updated. If for any reason a decision needs to made or a change is wanted, we believe the customer should have the final say.
- Fifth. Sitruk will remain a small company. We believe the best way to continue quality work is to be committed to each project. By remaining a small company we do one job at a time and this allows us to be fully focused on every floor we do.
